Being able to send our patients text messages is an important way to communicate your health information and send reminders.  Please, fill out the form and opt-in for us to be able to send you text messages.  By doing so you give consent to Elterman Center, LTD to send you text messages related to your health care.  Messaging frequency may vary and you can unsubscribe by sending the word "STOP" at any time.
